My 40s threw me some HUGE emotional, physical, and even spiritual curveballs that I was not prepared for which led to a midlife crisis of epic proportions.

Once I got on the other side God placed it on my heart to save other women from the same confusion and heartache I went through. That led to me starting Grace Over 40 and then creating this faith-based midlife academy.

The modules inside of Midlifery will give you all of the tools you need to navigate this new stage of life and help you make your second half of life COUNT!

In Midlifery we address what I call the 'three pillars' of midlife:

  • Emotional Support
  • Spiritual Growth
  • Physical Wellness

We'll cycle through topics that are relevant to us RIGHT NOW in each of these areas so that we can experience improvement in every part of our lives.

There are five main places that we should focus our efforts midlife.

We will kick off Midlifery with an overview of these, because they will encompass everything we will do here.

SO much of what we get out of life hinges on our self-worth.

This week we will be working on ditching self-doubt, and fully embracing who God says we are.

Does it feel like hormones are running your life these days?! Mood swings, night sweats, brain fog, and lack of energy are just a few of the ways hormones can make midlife more difficult. 

In this module we will be talking about some ways to get those pesky hormones under control!

Midlife is a turning point. Our bodies, minds, emotions, and desires are not what they were 10 or 20 years ago. 

We find ourselves seeing things differently, thinking about things differently, and even doing things differently. 

This week we will be learning how to rediscover ourselves in this new stage of life, and how to re-shape our focuses for the future.

Do you have trouble 'letting go and letting God'?

This module will help you stop doubting that God will show up in your life so you can release your death-grip on the wheel (and the stress that comes with it) and enjoy His rest and His peace while He goes to work on your problems.

The importance of gut health cannot be overstated.

It has a huge impact on the health of your entire body (including your mind!). Good gut health can also increase your immunity, and prevent some cancers and auto-immune diseases.

In this module we will talk about ways to reduce the inflammation in our bodies, and improve the health of our gut for total body wellness.

Worry, stress, and fear plague all of us at some point in our lives. But it can become more insidious than that. These things can overtake our minds and our lives, keeping us from God's best for us. 

In this module we will take a look at what the Bible says about worry, stress, and fear, along with how we can take back our power and overcome it.

In this module you will get crystal-clear on what might be holding you back midlife if you feel stuck.

We'll take a deep dive into exactly WHY you feel stuck, and you'll come away with some action items that you can implement right away so you can begin to see (and feel) real change in both your life and in your spirit.

In this module we will look at some of the relationship challenges that can come up during this time of our lives, and talk about some great ways to not only overcome these challenges, but also increase closeness and connection with our partner.

I truly believe that most midlife crises happen because women hit this stage of life and just don't know how to cope with so much change at once. Our babies are growing up, our youth is fading, and we contemplate our life choices, wondering if we did the right things.

That can sometimes lead us down a destructive path. I don't want that for you. 

Instead, I would love to show you how to take the crisis out of midlife and move towards living the life you've always wanted!
